Dont waste your money on this app. Doesnt work!!!

Does not work or very very unclear instructions. I wrote to them and never get an answer...

This App is a piece or crap! Doesnt work, instructions are bogus!! DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Very difficult to try to setup - instructions dont make sense and when you go to the developer website, no information on this app. Do not download- has never worked for me.

This app is crap. They lie to you before you even drop the buck 99 . No external software they say . I didnt waste my time getting my money back , Ill just write my review and hope I discourage you from buying this crap . First thing that comes up is : connect your phone to iTunes . I didnt pay to do that . Appears the programmers have very limited programming skills .

Developer first line is a COMPLETE LIE! External hardware and software ARE required! He tells you at the end but you have to guess which is true - while they steal your money! I hate a thief and a thief - this developer is BOTH!

It only gives a set of instructions and it does not even tell you how to find the critical chat.db file. It does not work! And I want my money back.

The app is simple, but I what is more simple, is that app simply doesnt work.

Everything works but my conversations do not show up in the app.

I was able to easily export all of my sms and iMessages with this app. For those saying it doesnt work, follow the instructions exactly as they are written. Was able to export in about 2 mins!

This app works great and is the easiest way to export sms messages. Just follow the instructions what the app says and you are done. Also, a great thing about this app is that I didnt have to download any software for PC like other apps require. Overall great app, great helper!

Followed directions 100% and it did not work. No content in the file. Tried multiple times and nothing.

Confusing and did not work. Rip off!

This app doesnt work. I follow the instructions and all I export is the sample conversation over and over. Can I get my refund? The chat.db auto fill in the export sms document window but I dont see any conversation except for the sample.

How do I get money back? Followed instructions and have no clue what theyre talking about to find chat.db. LOUSY instructions

Didnt work wasted time and money its crap!

This "app" is compete garbage. It is nothing more than a list of vague and useless instructions, asking you to do things that dont exist. The description claims that it came port sms messages via email, but that is not even mentioned in the instructions. Its a lie and a literal scam. Their app support number goes to voicemail. Im calling my bank and declaring fraud for the $2 I paid.

IF I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS I WOULD. COULDNT GET THE CHAT.DB FILE TO MOVE OVER WHERE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAID IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE. NOW WHAT?

Description states that it is PC and Mac compatible. Instructions to use "finder" to locate the chat.db file are for Mac, not PC. Some insight on where to locate the file on a PC would be helpful. Apparently the people that created app dont care about dissatisfied customers. I hope this review prevents others with PCs from wasting $1.99.
