HORRIBLE APP!!

They should not be allowed to even be on the app store. I have been trying to backup my txt messages for the past 2 days and have not been able to even though I am following the instructions.
Went on the company’s website to try and call support and their support page doesn’t exist. Which makes me believe it’s a scam. DON’T BOTHER to buy. Total waste of my time. I am on the phone with the apple support getting a refund right now.
